Angelique graduated from the University of South Australia in 2019 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Throughout her studies she gained a special interest in neurological and neuromuscular conditions and the incredible impact that physiotherapy can have on rehabilitation. She is new to the clinic as a qualified physiotherapist but has spent the past year working with clients with a range of neurological and neuromuscular conditions in aquatic therapy, physiotherapy in the home, and in exercise classes. Upon her experiences in various hospitals and clinics in Adelaide, including the Brain Injury Rehabilitation Unit, Angelique was selected to travel to Manila, Philippines and represent the University in charity-run clinics. She is a firm believer that exercise is medicine and applies this in her own life. Angelique recognises that physiotherapy involves not only physical aspects, but also social, mental and emotional and strives to find that individualised balance for each of her clients.
