Catherine graduated from Sydney University in 2003 and completed further postgraduate studies with her Masters in Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) from UniSA in 2018. She has worked mainly in a combination of public and private practice across Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. She has an interest in treating musculoskeletal, orthopedic and sporting injuries, with an interest in snow sports and running. Catherine enjoys working with her clients to identify their goals and provide a clear pathway to achieving them. She utilities pain education, manual techniques, acupuncture, dry needling, exercise and Pilates to assist her patients recovery. Catherine is a qualified Polestar Pilates Mat and Rehabilitation Instructor. Catherine is a keen advocate for a physical lifestyle having been lucky enough to cycle over 15000km unsupported on various cycling trips through Asia, Europe and South America. While at home she enjoys yoga, cycling, running and trying to get her veges to grow.
