Tam graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2012 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Since then Tam has worked across acute and rehabilitation settings in both the public and private sectors. Most recently Tam has been working in Older Persons Mental Health, treating gait and movement disorders, complex falls and impairments related to functional and organic decline. In this setting she has contributed to falls prevention strategies and research and is involved in a number of service delivery improvement projects. Alongside this role, Tam is currently a lecturer in neurological rehabilitation for the University of South Australia and is a Tai Chi instructor. Tam is a person-centered therapist who enjoys working with people in order to achieve their goals.
