We are opening a second practice including a new gym at Kings Park. The new facilities are due to open in early November!

This means:
– TWO GREAT LOCATIONS to choose from, for your convenience.
– MORE TIMES AVAILABLE to get you moving more comfortable again while providing long-term management solutions.
– NEW GYM CLASSES (e.g. Pilates and uFIT) – Small supervised groups, individualised programs involving weights, cardio, core stability and stretching.
– NEW 1on1 Sessions (e.g. Pilates and uFIT) –  Personalised exercise that is safe yet highly effective with your physiotherapist.
