uFIT Outdoor Exercise

uFIT classes offer all the benefits of exercise to your cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal and mental health in a safe, comfortable, friendly and fun outdoor environment.

Classes are 1 hour in duration and involve resistance training, stretching techniques, agility drills, stability exercises and cardiovascular training.

You will experience improved:

  • Overall quality of life

All classes are instructed by a qualified Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist who are trained to understand how to exercise you SAFELY and EFFECTIVELY as to gain the best results without risks to your health.

Each participant will require an initial assessment from a Physiotherapist to create goals, take a medical history, assess your current condition and measure basic fitness components. It is then recommended to have continuous, shorter re-assessments to re-visit your goals, measure your improvements and keep you on track!
