Jo studied at Nature Care College in Sydney in the late 1990s. She has since returned to her home town of Adelaide where she has gained experience in a variety of clinical practices, the corporate sector and six years teaching at SA Health Education Centre.
Having worked in the travel and corporate industries for some 25 years, Denise has fulfilled her ambition to work in the field of health and well being as a Remedial Massage Therapist. Qualifying with a Diploma at the Natural Health Academy of Australia, Denise has been working with Physiotherapists since 2014 supporting their clients’ rehabilitation, sporting performance and general maintenance. Denise embarked upon a career within the health care industry because of her concern for others, interest in the mechanics of the human body and influences it has on our health and well being. She has a strong desire to help others overcome their aches and pains with a dedicated approach to learning and imparting that knowledge to her clients.
Catherine completed her Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma in 2015 as well as completing her Bachelor of Health Science (Human Movement and Health Studies) in 2012. Catherine believes that everyone deserves to feel their best at all times. She has a strong passion for helping her clients achieve reduced pain using musculoskeletal techniques. She uses techniques designed to locate muscular concerns and helps to ease these through various manual techniques. These techniques include: deep tissue massage, lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage and functional facial taping. Catherine also enjoys providing clients with relaxation massages allowing them to take time out of their busy day. She has a desire to educate her clients to allow them to understand what is occurring within their bodies, so they can achieve optimal health.
