uFIT Exercise Classes

uFIT classes offer all the benefits of exercise for your cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal and mental health in a safe, comfortable, friendly and fun outdoor environment. You will experience improved strength, mobility, posture and overall quality of life.

Classes are 1 hour in duration and involve resistance training, stretching techniques, agility drills, stability exercises and cardiovascular training. We provide specialised fitness measurement devices, agility and balance equipment, exercise bands, weights, kettle bells and boxing equipment.stretch-pic_FRAME2

All classes are instructed by qualified Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists who are trained to understand and show you how to exercise safely and effectively in order to gain the best results without risks to your health.

Each participant will require an initial assessment from a Physiotherapist to create goals, take a medical history, assess your current condition and measure basic fitness components. It is then recommended to have continuous, shorter re-assessments to re-visit your goals, measure your improvements and keep you on track!

Class passes are available for purchase at our practice. Class passes have a 1 month expiry from date of purchase and need to be brought to every class.
